Haha na i dont have enough gas to get to a sunny patch... two days in a row I've gone to the location and its been covered in fog

but I'll put the photo with the fog up anyway in case there's a smart cookie that can figure it out from the details. I'll keep heading to the location to try get a clear photo and edit this post in the next few days.

Yup, that sure is the place.

For those that don't know, it's the Rotary park lookout on Highcliff Rd. There's normally a good view if there's no fog

p.s. the "speed enhancements" were custom made with a size 13 shoe, but its going into the shop to get them all fixed next week so all good

I know, I know, damn... not got the time to get there. Southern cemetary is by the oval where "mum" is buried form the car rally, northern cemetary is on lovelock ave by the gardens. Andy Bay, thats at Andy Bay LOL.

Okay, i went out to take a photo and my camera died. So seeing as its been a few days and I havent been able to take a decent shot, I'll put up a file photo.

Clue - it's somewhere on the flat....... and there's a high road over the ford, or you can go through it.... just dont go in between like this

3 mile hill is to the right of the picture. People who know the tairei area should know this place. It's the 'alternative' way to going up 3mile rd, and is a popular place for walkers and trail bike riders. Its a gravel rd but the location of the photo is very close to the transition from tarseal to gravel when traveling from the bottom.
